Waiting for the entrance to the red zone, foreseen by the last decree law of Premier Conte for December 24, the president of the Region Erik Lavevaz signed today an Ordinance that regulates the entrance to the yellow zone of Valle d’Aosta. The provision became necessary as a result of the entry into force of Law 11/2020, challenged yesterday by the Council of Ministers, which allows the reopening of various activities.
In fact, the ordinance follows the one issued about ten days ago and will go into effect until December 23. The national curfew is confirmed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., it is allowed to carry out outdoor sports activities in sports facilities, centers and clubs, including Nordic ski slopes, in compliance with the interpersonal safety distance of at least two meters between people who do not live together. yes limit ski mountaineering outside of ski areas with the accompaniment of a mountain guide or ski instructor.
Also for bars and restaurants, open in the yellow zone, the provisions at the national level are confirmed, that is, the activities take place from 5 to 18, exclusively with table service allowed for a maximum of 4 people per table, except in the case of cohabitants. Consumption over the counter is prohibited. After 6:00 p.m. it is forbidden to consume food and beverages in public places open to the public.
Catering with home delivery is always allowed, complying with hygienic-sanitary regulations for both packaging and transport activities, as well as catering with take-out food until 10 p.m., with prohibition of consumption on site or in the vicinity.
