Willy Monteiro, the murder of Colleferro and the Bianchi brothers: the case from the beginning

[ad_1]

Killed and punched to death by attackers who climbed onto his body when he was now defenseless. There are four young people arrested for the atrocious death of Willy Monteiro Duarte. I am Gabriele Bianchi, 26 years old; his brother Marco Bianchi, 24 years old; Mario Pincarelli, 22 years old; Francesco Belleggia, 23, who obtained house arrest. But the investigation is not closed, there are other people who could be investigated, details that must be clarified especially to decide if the accusation of involuntary manslaughter can be aggravated into voluntary manslaughter. To this end, the police and magistrates are re-examining the testimonies of those who were the night of Saturday 5 to Sunday 6 September in Largo Santa Caterina in Colleferro, conducting surveys on the findings, verifying the movements of the suspects.

The dark spots in the story

All participants in the fight remain to be identified, but there are still other dark spots in this story. Why did the Bianchi brothers, who had a long history of fighting and violence, continue to act undisturbed? If the ambulance had arrived earlier, could they save Willy? Why, despite the assembly bans provided for by the anti-Covid regulations, was Colleferro Square full of people?

The vulgar comment about Azzurra Biasotti

Federico Zurma is also an important witness because his friend Willy wanted to help when he realized that he was arguing with other young people. him to reveal the “useless reason” that unleashed the patient in that square: My friends Azzurra, Ludovica and Rebecca told me that some boys had addressed there in a vulgar way. The comment about the girls, perhaps a hand-drawn kiss, comes from one of the boys standing in the square with Francesco Belleggia. Zurma confirms it: My friend Alessandro Rosati and I asked who the boys were who had bothered them and we approached them to ask for an account. My friend Alessandro recognized them from some guys from Artena. We exchanged a few lines and one of them came up to me and told me why I was looking at him. We were fighting when all of a sudden this guy punched me in the face and ruined me on the stairs. Rosati tells a different version because she assures that after approaching the boy she apologized saying that it was not him but a friend of his who pointed me out. I was leaving but I realized that my friend Federico Zurma was missing, who had been beaten and was falling down the stairs. The time of the dispute is set between 3 and 3.30.

The arrival of Willy Monteiro

Zurma adds: After the fight between the boy and I, I noticed that a few meters from us another confusion had been created between other guys who were fighting exactly on the road near the kiosk. Someone yelled at me that my friend Willy involved in the confusion was lying on the ground, making space for me between people, in fact, I noticed Willy on the ground on the sidewalk with spasms like seizures. There were crowds of people around him and I remember someone trying to rescue and revive him. Emanuele Cenciarelli tells us what happened: At approximately 1.30 am, together with Willy and other friends, we arrived at Colleferro and we spent a couple of hours until approximately 3 am when we decided to leave to return to Paliano. We were walking towards our cars when Willy saw a boy who told me he was an old friend from school who was arguing heatedly with another boy I don’t know. At that point, Willy reached out to his old friend from school to understand what was going on and if he needed help … I tried to dissuade Willy from taking an interest in the matter by adding that he believed it was appropriate to go home. Willy played along with me and we walked to his car.

The arrival of Gabriele and Marco Bianchi

Willy’s group does not know that Michele Cerquozzi has already called the Bianchi brothers. Why did he do it? Gabriele and Marco Bianchi have been involved in numerous fights over the past three years. Marco Bianchi was involved in five fights, he has a history of drug trafficking, injuries, fights, carrying objects capable of offending. Gabriele Bianchi was involved in three fights, has a history of drug trafficking, injuries and threats. Were they summoned for a punitive expedition? Cenciarelli says: Without Willy and I being able to realize what was happening, we were both attacked by some boys, among whom I immediately recognized the two who were talking to Federico, Willy’s friend. I immediately remember the image of Willy lying on the ground surrounded by 4 or 5 boys who beat him violently with kicks and punches. My protective instinct made me throw myself at Willy to try to protect him from the blows he was taking, yelling at the attackers that Willy and I had nothing to do with what had possibly happened before. My requests came to nothing so much that I myself was hit by kicks and punches from the same guys who had attacked Willy. Help was asked and Alessandro and I also left because he had recognized Willy’s attackers and suggested that I leave as soon as possible so as not to incur more violence. I remember the guy who hit me had his left forearm in a cast and had short dark hair. Rosati confirms this version and also explains that she approached one of those boys she knew and I calmly asked him for explanations of why he had spoken not very nice words towards the girls and he immediately apologized saying that it was not him.

Federico Zurma and the other friends of Willy Monteiro

Federico Zurma says that when they called for help, Alessandro and I also left because he had recognized Willy’s attackers and suggested that I leave as soon as possible so as not to incur more violence. Another witness said that he hid behind a car because he was afraid. Enough to show that the two brothers were known to be violent. Why have no action been taken against them despite the precedents?

White brothers and sex in the cemetery

At the time of the call, the whites are not far off. The judge writes: Marco Bianchi reported that he had left the pub in the company of his brother, a friend and three girls whose names he could not give and that while they were having sex near the cemetery, they received a phone call from his friend Michele Cerquozzi who asked him to help them in Colleferro. The young man who is with them in the Vittorio Tondinelli cemetery, the fifth investigated, but oblivious to the fight. When the three arrive at Colleferro they find Belleggia. Marco Bianchi declares: I pushed Willy because he was arguing in a group, then I left. I have not hit him. Pincarelli and Belleggia had no hits. Willy fell under my pressure but then he got up and I left … There were a lot of people, I didn’t see who hit Willy.

The punitive expedition

The fact that they arrived immediately after the phone call from his friend supports the hypothesis of the punitive expedition and it is this particular that confirms the possibility that the accusation turns into voluntary murder.

The videos and other suspects

There is a video taken by the cameras in the square, but it is very dark and it does not allow you to identify all the boys who have raged against Willy. Witnesses speak of five people, but the fifth has not yet been identified. And in any case, there could be other young people involved in the fight for whom the same accusation of murder or of complicity can be unleashed against the detainee.

40 minutes to rescue

Before the ambulance arrived, nine phone calls were made and the ambulance arrived after forty minutes. Witnesses say Willy was now unconscious. but among the circumstances that must be ascertained is also whether the promptness in the rescue could have saved him.
