The key witness is Emanuele Cenciarelli who was with the victim and other friends in Largo Santa Caterina in Colleferro. Cenciarelli relates: “The two boys with whom Federico, Willy’s friend, was initially arguing, I remember that one wore a white shirt and had a tear tattooed on his face below the eye, as well as several tattoos on both arms and hands. Another boy, on the other hand, had an arm in a cast. At the time of the attack, I remember that in addition to the aforementioned children that I described, three other children joined, of which I can only describe two. One wore a green polo shirt with hair very short and the other with a striking neck tattoo As far as I can remember, all the boys kicked us and hit Willy and me. I have a vivid memory of a couple of them even jumping over Willy’s body lying on the ground and already helpless.».
Witnesses, as is clear from the warrant, say that “Gabriele Bianchi attacked Willy and kicked him.” The judge who validated the arrests writes, among other things, that “Los Blancos and Pincarelli tried to minimize the fact by assigning responsibility to third parties” and that “for this they must remain in prison.”
