“What turns do they take?” – Free diary

The trucks arrive in Naples from Kiev and Tallinn driven by a lone truck driver. It was in 1967 that the then Transport Minister Oscar Luigi Scalfaro eliminated the obligation of the couple of drivers: they would have been excessive costs. Before the news of the city of Pulcinella, a question spontaneously arises in the soul of the naive citizen: why does it take four to drive the blue car equipped with the precious quintal of passenger? Okay, the governor of Campania Vincenzo De Luca is comparable to exceptional transport, the kind that occupies two lanes, preceded by motorcycles with flags, but uses four passengers to travel from Posillipo in Salerno? We’d love to hear one of his wonderful Facebook dramas for once dedicated to himself rather than the coconut vendors. Or do we have to wait for the mysterious question to resolve itself Maurizio crozza?

We refer to the judicial investigation that was carried out in absolute secrecy, given the sensitivity of the matter, by the Neapolitan Public Ministry and revealed by Conchita Sannino the Republic. The facts that exude crimes from every pore refer to the promotion of a highly trusted Salerno traffic police poker, where De Luca was mayor for twenty years, from the local police offices to the staff belonging to the regional governor. He promoted it, he also promoted his four jewels, as Cornelia de los Gracchi said, but there were only two. De Luca transferred the four of them from the palace like dolls to baule. She took off her uniform and dressed them in new clothes: those of institutional relations experts. There is no doubt that they are strong in the field, in relations with the institution and its president, we would say how minimum bravini. Also in this case, the likeable De Luca turned out to be a guy out of the ranks. Usually in his personal staff – also called the magic circle -, presidents of chambers, ministers, mayors and governors, sneak into the branch paid for by the private secretaries of the State, journalists and hasty tasks, philosophers and jurists.

They are not fleeing the war, but poor people to support. Farina, the truth about the Lampedusa invasion

There is a precedent for cops. Matteo renzi the commander of the Florence brigade was taken to the Palazzo Chigi: he dropped the shovel at home and became the head of a strategic office. But no one had ever got behind four drivers, especially if they were selected in the category known in Milan as cast iron and in Rome as pizzardoni. But it does not affect the specialties but the number. What shifts do they take? Two in the front seat and two in the trunk? The news exploded like a firecracker. The crime hypotheses are heavy: fraud and forgery in public deed, given that the four were hired in formal roles that were impossible given De Luca’s well-known study plans (and the maximum penalty for the latter supposedly crime he is ten years old). At this point, gentlemen much better equipped than us in terms of civics, other questions arise, more politically mature than the one previously raised and that distress us. Some wonder whether the investigation that has just come to light is another expression of mechanical justice, which takes place during the elections (there will be in Campania on September 20 and 21). Others ask the question where does it end? discretion policy that allows you to choose people you trust as the crown of your boss, and where the waste of public money begins. In addition, if the accusation is proven, it would be for sums that are not exactly huge: the increase over the previous condition was 4,600 euros gross per year for each of the magnificent four brigades of drivers. Yet we stubbornly remain clinging to our existential question. What does one man do with four drivers? How many butts does De Luca have to fit into the seats of his roaring blue cars at the same time?
