The president of the Tuscany Region Eugenio Giani has signed a new ordinance that regulates travel and makes valid the regional provisions already issued for the orange and red zone. Here are the main details.
In the yellow zone
For cultural centers, social centers and recreational centers, it is allowed, exclusively for the benefit of their respective members, to carry out catering with home delivery in compliance with hygienic-sanitary regulations, as well as catering with takeaway food until 10:00 p.m., with prohibition consumption in situ or nearby;
The return to residence, domicile, home is only allowed for those who have their own family doctor or pediatrician in the region. However, returns are allowed motivated by proven work needs, situations of need, health or study reasons.
In the orange zone
According to national legislation (December 28, 29, 30 and January 4)
You are allowed to travel from 5:00 to 22:00 hours within your municipality, except for work, necessity or health reasons;
It is allowed to reach second homes within the region;
It will be possible to leave municipalities with less than 5000 inhabitants in a radius of 30 km (excluding provincial capitals).
Daily visits to homes (family or friends) throughout the region will be allowed for a maximum of two people who do not live together, not counting those under 14, the disabled and the not self-sufficient.
Movements are also allowed:
In neighboring municipalities for products necessary for their needs or for greater economic convenience;
In neighboring municipalities to take advantage, in the case of a consolidated fiduciary relationship, of activities and services to the person (for example hairdressers, beauticians, body shops)
Visiting the children with the other parent;
For the care of the land and the activity directed to the production for the own consumption;
Take care of farm animals.
It is allowed to perform:
Beauty center activities;
Activities by means of animal grooming exercises;
Wildlife control activities in accordance with article 37 of Regional Law 3/1994 and in compliance with the conditions provided;
Hunting activity in the municipality of residence, domicile or domicile, in the ATC of hunting residence and in fixed positions authorized by the Region;
Sport and amateur fishing activities in the province of residence, domicile or private address.

Motor and basic sports activities in sports centers and clubs can be carried out outdoors.

In the red zone
According to national legislation (24,25,26,27,31 December and 1,2,3,5,6 January)
Daily visits to homes (family or friends) within the region will be allowed for a maximum of two people who do not live together, not counting those under 14 years of age, the disabled and the not self-sufficient.
Second homes are allowed within the region;
For New Years, do not move from 10 pm on December 31 to 7 am on January 1.
Movements are also allowed:
In neighboring municipalities for products necessary for their needs or for greater economic convenience;
Visiting the children with the other parent;
Cultivate the land for agricultural use and activity aimed at production for self-consumption;
Take care of farm animals.
The activity is allowed through animal grooming exercises.
All movements must be self-certified indicating all the elements necessary for the relative verification.
