First of all, in order to understand what changes for the citizens of Campania, it should be remembered that until the official decision of the Government, Campania is included in yellow zoneand not in red.
When Campania officially goes into the red zone, these are the rules that all resident citizens, businesses and in general the entire Region must respect:
- closing schools and universities,
- distance education from the second grade to the fifth grade,
- store closings, with the exception of companies that sell essential services (i.e. supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies, tobacconists, kiosks, etc.),
- open hairdressers and barbers,
- beauty centers closed,
- restaurants, bars, pubs, ice cream parlors and pastry shops closed (only home delivery and take away activities are allowed),
- suspended all sport activities, also in sports halls and sports clubs,
- Run and walk allowed near your home, with the mask and respecting the safety distance of at least one meter.
As to displacements, the latest DPCM provides the following for regions in the red zone:
- the movements are prohibited, both incoming and outgoing, even in the same city,
- the reasons you can go out are “proven work reasons or situations of need or for health reasons»Accompany children to school, with immediate return to their home, residence or domicile,
- obligation to use theself certification to justify any movement away from home.
With the new entries, the red zone will be made up of the following Regions:
- Campania,
- Tuscany,
- Calabria,
- Lombardy,
- Piedmont,
- Bolzano Province,
- Aosta Valley.
What changes in Campania
Inserted in the last DPCM in the yellow zone, Campania was summoned by the Conte government – from the additional orders of the President of the Luca Region – to follow the following rules:
- curfew from 10 pm to 5 am (travel is only allowed for proven work, health or need reasons),
- shopping centers closed on weekends and holidays,
- full distance learning for all high school classes,
- maximum capacity in public transport at 50%,
- closed museums and exhibitions, along with theaters and cinemas,
- Mandatory closing for bars and restaurants at 10pm, table service until 6pm.
With the exception of the more restrictive rules, which override the softer rules just mentioned, these rules continue to apply to Regions in the red zone.
Campania red zone together with Tuscany, the decision
The government has decided, but the order has not yet been signed and the news is not official yet: Campania becomes the red zone, along with Tuscany, while Emilia-Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Marche enter the orange zone.
