Campania is still a red zone? A new ordinance of the Ministry of Health regarding the Dpcm of November 3 on the expiring colors of Campania, Valle d’Aosta, the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Tuscany and Abruzzo was expected today. But the measure never came. But nevertheless, stores in red zone regions will not reopen. What happened?

The last order of Roberto Speranza had established that Campania and the other Regions would be in the red zone until December 3. However, the expiration of the period indicated in the Ministry’s provision does not, apparently, imply the automatic promotion of one color to another.

Sources from the Ministry of Health, in fact, have announced that Campania and the other red regions should still be considered as such.

The confirmation came from Confcommercio regional, which announced “that the stores in the Regions that are in the red zone will not be able to reopen tomorrow.” However, a color change is expected for tomorrow, when the Scientific Technical Committee will meet as usual.

Red regions, when will they change color?

Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte was positive, speaking at the press conference to illustrate the new Dpcm. According to the prime minister, in fact, within a couple of weeks there will be no more red or orange regions. This as long as the current trend is maintained. At the moment, Conte said, the national RT is again below the value of 1.
