As of December 31, Italy is back in the red. Stores close (although the list of exceptions is long) but supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies, tobacconists, kiosks remain open. What can I do in the red zone? And when it shoots?
This is one of the two fundamental points of the decree. December 31, 2020 and January 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, 2021, all of Italy will be in the red zone. What can be done?
– You will not be able to go to bars and restaurants (you can take take out until 10pm and order at home)
– you will only be able to go to some retail stores (those included in this list)

Here they are: people who move cannot be more than two, unless they bring children under 14 years of age or disabled or non-self-sufficient people who live together; today the transfer to private homes is allowed only once a day in a period of time between 7 and 22, then a curfew is applied. On January 1, the curfew returns from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Can I leave my municipality?
In general, it is forbidden to leave the municipality itself. There are, as mentioned above, some important exceptions: in addition to the possibility of doing it for work, health or necessity and urgency.
– Displacements are allowed from municipalities with a population of no more than 5,000 inhabitants. It is possible to travel a distance of no more than 30 kilometers from the relative municipalities, but traveling to the provincial capital is prohibited.
– You can go, in a maximum of two, and with only one trip per day, to find a relative or a friend, even out of the ordinary (but within your own region).
Can I go with my parents or friends?
Yes, it is possible to visit family or friends but not outside the Region. But according to the rules set out above: you can’t go there if your parents’ house is outside the region; there may be no more than two people on the move, unless they bring with them children under 14 years of age or disabled or non-self-sufficient people living together; You can move to only one house per day and respecting curfew hours. The return to the home where you have residence or domicile is always allowed.
Can I go with the groom or the bride?
S: The above rules also apply to boyfriends or girlfriends. For those who are outside the Region, the government website clarifies: it is always possible to return to the Municipality in which you have residence, domicile or where you live continuously or periodically. The big dinner
one of the thorniest questions: how many should there be at dinner? The government has not expressed any prohibition on what happens in private homes, but has given a recommendation: The smallest possible number of diners, preferably belonging to the same group of people who live together.
– It is better to maintain a safe interpersonal distance. Buffets at home represent situations where tight spaces can favor streaming if distance cannot be guaranteed. At this point, it is best to remain seated where distances are still ensured by the presence of the table.
– It would be advisable to try to keep grandparents as separate as possible from children, perhaps by making them sit on opposite sides of the table. Ideally, children should be placed at a table reserved for them separate from that of adults.
– The mask must be used correctly. There is no point in wearing the mask that leaves the nose out. It would be like not having it. And then physical distancing, hand hygiene, and frequent room ventilation. It is important to open the window for at least 2-3 minutes every hour.
– If you know people outside your family, wearing a mask and keeping your distance is a strong recommendation.
Can I organize a party?
No, parties are prohibited in public and private places.
Can I fire the barrels?
Yes, barrels are not banned, but the ban on collecting remains.
Can I volunteer?
Yes, they are allowed, without a time limit., the movements that reconnect to the assistance activities that are carried out, within the framework of a voluntary association, as well as those in agreement with the local authorities, for needy or disadvantaged people.
When is self-certification needed?
During the orange days (December 28, 29 and 30, 2020 and January 4, 2021), self-certification (which you can find here) is used to leave your Municipality: and this, as mentioned above, is possible by necessity proven work, health reasons and urgency. It will also be used to move from municipalities with a population of no more than 5,000 inhabitants and to move, within the region itself, to a second home or to visit friends and family (with the rules set out above). What is the time of the curfew?
On New Year’s Eve, it is forbidden to move between 10:00 p.m. (December 31) and 7:00 a.m. (January 1, 2021).
Do I need to self-certify to go to mass?
