SITUATION. The absence of high pressure from the European chessboard leaves the way wide open for Atlantic disturbances, which will also affect Italy in the coming days, causing new phenomena also in the Alps and the Apennines. Circulating, polar-drawn air from the distant sea will keep temperatures low enough to favor others. snowfall even at fairly low altitudes. A series of disturbances will affect our mountains until the end of the week, in many cases already affected by exceptional snowfalls, as has happened in recent days in the Dolomites. Snow altitude of 500 / 700m in the Alps, sometimes to the bottom of the valley of Trentino and Alto Adige at night, 700 / 1000m in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. During the night the new phenomena will also reach the central Apennines., with a snow altitude of 1100m.

WEEKEND SNOW.
