What can I do in the red zone? And when it shoots?
This is one of the two fundamental points of the decree. On January 3, 5 and 6, 2021, all of Italy will be in the red zone. What can be done?
– You will not be able to go to bars and restaurants (you can take take out until 10pm and order at home)
– you can only go to some retail stores (those included in this list)
– you can go out of the house to go for a walk (with the mask, near your house) and to do sports (only: a run, a bike ride)
– you will not be able to leave the house except for health, work or need reasons (in addition to the sports and motor activities that we have just mentioned), but with one important exception. In fact, it will be possible to leave the house to visit the houses of family and friends, even respecting precise rules.
Here they are: the number of people on the move cannot be more than two, unless they bring children under the age of 14 or disabled or non-self-sufficient people who live together; today the transfer to private homes is allowed only once a day in a period of time between 7 and 22, then a curfew is applied. On January 1, the curfew returns from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Can I leave my municipality?
It is generally forbidden to leave the municipality itself. There are, as mentioned above, some important exceptions: in addition to the possibility of doing it for work, health or necessity and urgency.
– Displacements are allowed from municipalities with a population of no more than 5,000 inhabitants. It is possible to travel a distance that does not exceed 30 kilometers from the respective municipalities, but traveling to the provincial capital is prohibited.
– You can go, in a maximum of two and with only one trip a day, to find a family member or a friend, even out of the ordinary (but within your own region).

Can I go home on the red days?
Yes, you are always allowed to return to your own home, the one where you have residence or domicile.
Can I leave the municipality to do the shopping?
S: As the government explained, shopping is one of the causes that justify moving out of the town where you live if the town adjacent to yours has stores that are necessary for your needs, also in terms of convenience for your wallet. The movement must always be self-certified (here the self-certification form).
