On the eve of Tuscany’s new entry into the orange zone, the President of the Region Eugenio Giani signed an ordinance to regulate and clarify what movements and activities are allowed as of tomorrow, Sunday, December 6, within the region.

Giani also had to admit that this is “an issue that I could not address, because unfortunately the conditions were not there, not even in the discussions we had with the Interior Ministry.”
“With these new rules – said Giani – we want to clarify for Tuscan citizens in which cases it will be possible to move to a municipality other than the one of residence, going into the details of the permitted activities and trying to answer the many questions that people ask us. . However, we must be aware that the enemy is always with us and that only if we continue to take precautions and pay close attention can we think about defeating it and thus avoid the arrival of a third wave in January ”.

Movements
Movements to a municipality other than that of residence, domicile or domicile are allowed (movements must be self-certified indicating all the necessary elements for the relative verification):
- In neighboring municipalities for products necessary for their needs or for greater economic comfort, even to access restaurants with take away food.
- In neighboring municipalities, in the case of a consolidated fiduciary relationship, use activities and services for the person (for example, hairdressers, beauticians, body shops).
- Visiting the children with the other parent, even in municipalities in different areas.
- For the care of the land and the activity aimed at production for self-consumption.
- To reach second homes, motorhomes or caravans, own boats for maintenance and necessary and urgent repairs throughout the Region.
- For professional truffle and mushroom picking activities.
- Take care of farm animals.
Activities
Beauty center activities.
Activities involving grooming exercises for animals;
Wildlife control activities in accordance with article 37 of Regional Law 3/1994 and in compliance with the conditions provided;
Hunting activity in the municipality of residence, domicile or domicile, in the ATC of hunting residence and in fixed positions authorized by the Region;
Sport and amateur fishing activities in the province of residence, domicile or private address.
Cultural and recreational clubs
For cultural centers, social centers and recreational centers, it is allowed, exclusively for the benefit of their respective members, to carry out catering with home delivery in compliance with hygienic-sanitary regulations, as well as catering with take-out food until 10 p.m., with prohibition drinking on site or nearby.
Libraries
To access library services, reservations can be made remotely or directly on site prior to accessing the service.
Sport
The basic motor and sports activities in sports centers and clubs can be carried out outdoors.
The return to residence, domicile, home from the orange and red areas is allowed only for those who have their own family doctor or pediatrician in the region. In any case, returns are allowed motivated by proven work needs, situations of need, health or study reasons.
Vocational training, schools and courses
Laboratory activities and face-to-face internships are allowed in professional training courses. All other activities are carried out remotely.
The activity of the schools of music, painting, photography, theater, foreign languages and other courses, including eventual exams, is carried out remotely if it is collective or in person if it is individual.
Activities for children and young people can be done collectively.
