GROSSETO – The President of the Region Eugenio Giani returns today, on the first day of the red zone in Tuscany, to clarify the provisions of the new condition for the regional territory.

These are the main provisions:
• Restaurants and other catering activities, including bars, patisseries and ice cream parlors, are open exclusively for the sale of take-out food, allowed from 5 to 22, and for home delivery, allowed without a time limit.
• Kiosks, tobacconists, food stores, pharmacies and parapharmacies remain open.
Shopping is always one of the justifications for traveling. Therefore, in the event that your Municipality does not have points of sale or in the event that an adjacent Municipality to yours has availability, even in terms of greater economic convenience, of the points of sale necessary for your needs, allows movement, within these limits, which must be self-certified.
• We can use the bicycle to go to work or to go shopping. You can do physical activity near home or sports within the municipal area.
• Retail business activities are suspended, except:
• Retail trade in non-specialized stores with a predominance of food products and beverages (hypermarkets, supermarkets, food discount stores, mini-markets and other non-specialized stores of various foods)
• Retail sale of frozen products
• Retail sale in non-specialized stores of computers, peripherals, telecommunications equipment, audio and video consumer electronics, household appliances.
• Retail sale of food, beverages and tobacco products in specialized stores (ateco codes: 47.2), including those specialized in the sale of electronic cigarettes and inhalation liquids.
• Retail sale of automotive fuel in specialized stores
• Retail sale of computer and telecommunications equipment (ICT) in specialized stores (ateco code: 47.4)
• Retail sale of hardware, paints, flat glass and building materials (including ceramics and tiles) in specialized stores
• Retail sale of sanitary ware
• Retail sale of machines, equipment and products for
agriculture and gardening
• Retail sale of lighting items and security systems in specialized stores
• Retail sale of books in specialized stores
• Retail sale of newspapers, magazines and periodicals
• Retail sale of stationery and office supplies
• Retail sale of clothing and footwear for children and babies
• Retail sale of personal bedding
• Retail sale of sporting goods, bicycles and leisure items in specialized stores

• Retail sale of soaps, detergents, polishes and the like
• Retail sale of funeral and cemetery items
• Retail sale of: food products and beverages; fruits and vegetables; fish; meat; flowers, plants, bulbs, seeds and fertilizers; perfumes and cosmetics; soaps, detergents and other cleaners; linen; clothing and footwear for children and babies
• Retail sale of any type of product through the internet, television, correspondence, radio, telephone
• Trade carried out through automatic vending machines
Activities for personal services are also suspended except for:
• Washing and cleaning of textiles and leather
• Industrial laundry activities
• Other laundries, dry cleaners
• Funeral services and related businesses
• Services of hairdressing salons and hairdressing salons
