The exemption for friends and family

The decree opens the possibility of visiting friends during the holidays. In fact, the text does not specify the need for some degree of kinship, as suggested, to allow visits. In the understanding that only 2 people are allowed to move to private homes with the “exception” for children under 14 years of age who are not counted. This is the text of the draft: “During holidays and the days prior to holidays between December 24, 2020 and January 6, 2021, the transfer to private homes is allowed only once a day, in a period of time between 05.00 and 22.00, to a single house located in the same region and within the limit of two people, additional to those who already live there, in addition to children under 14 years of age over whom these people exercise parental authority and disabled or non-self-sufficient people living together “.
