Travel to second homes in a region other than yours is prohibited from December 21 to January 6. In the period considered, therefore, “the transfer from the second home to the workplace cannot be used as justification for a new return to the second home, in another region, in the same period. Therefore, you can return to work but you can’t go back to the second house. “

For offenses, the applicable penalty is administrative, from 400 to 1,000 euros, “possibly increased to one third if the offense is caused by the use of a vehicle.”
