During the preparatory meetings:

  • The support materials for the subsequent management of the activities (structure of the training workshops, format of the balance of competencies and portfolio) should be illustrated;
  • Information must be provided that also helps teachers to integrate into the dynamics of professional life, providing operational indications (for example, the usefulness of accessing the benefits of the Espero social security system).

The participation of the tutor teacher is allowed upon request.

Final restitution meetings

As to final restitution meetings, professional events are generally organized by educational institutions also through the participation and testimonies of the direct protagonists of the training events (for example, teachers who participate in visiting or particularly attractive workshops, tutors, school directors), as well as experts in professional development and professional community.

Duration of meetings

The duration of the aforementioned initial and final meetings is 6 hours in total.
