Thursday, December 24, 2020, for Christmas Eve, the president of the Tuscany Region Eugenio Giani has signed a new ordinance in reference to the Covid-19 health emergency. Ordinance regulates travel and validates the regional provisions, already issued for the orange and red zone.
Trip and activity details
Yellow zone
– For cultural, social and recreational centers, catering with home delivery is allowed, exclusively for the benefit of their respective members, in compliance with hygiene and health regulations, as well as catering with take-out food until 10 p.m. closed. for consumption on site or near;
– The return to residence, domicile, home is only allowed for those who have their own general practitioner or family pediatrician in the region. However, returns are allowed motivated by proven work needs, situations of need, health or study reasons.
Orange zone
By national legislation (December 28,29,30 and January 4):
– You can travel from 5:00 to 22:00 hours within your municipality, except for work, necessity or health reasons;
– It is allowed to reach second homes within the region;
– It will be possible to leave municipalities with less than 5000 inhabitants in a radius of 30 km (excluding provincial capitals).
– Daily visits to homes (family or friends) throughout the region will be allowed for a maximum of two people who do not live together, not counting those under 14 years of age, disabled and not self-sufficient.
