Update at 9.30. The fatal accident that occurred last night occurred on the Valle road, on provincial highway 350, in Cogolo del Cencio; not in Velo d’Astico as initially reported by the police.
The car, a Subaru Impreza, went off the road and then rolled over: the driver was killed, the passenger was injured. Firefighters from Schio extracted the 21-year-old who was driving. Unfortunately, despite the rescue, Suem’s doctor had to declare the boy’s death. The passenger, also 21, was stabilized by doctors and taken to hospital.
The carabinieri carried out the measurements to reconstruct the dynamics of the accident. Rescue operations by firefighters ended after about two hours.
