Moments of panic this morning on the Roman coast, in Torvaianica, by a shooting that took place in broad daylight and in the middle of the crowd of bathers. According to an initial reconstruction by the Carabinieri, who intervened at the scene with loud sirens, two men arrived near the beach, near the Bora Bora plant, aboard a motorcycle, with their faces covered.
One of them dropped gun in hand, entered the beach and shot at a citizen of Albanian origin, already known to the police, who was spending Sunday by the sea. The wounded man, in serious condition, was immediately taken by air ambulance to the San Camillo hospital in Rome.
