Tim’s network is down, trouble surfing the internet. The company: “Problem solved, poor service only in Lombardy”

Black Monday for Tim users who, since the early hours of the morning, reported interruptions in the fixed telephone network with the impossibility of browsing the Internet. Most of the reports refer to misalignment of the routers, which many users complain about not being able to restore despite having tried the canonical reset from the power button.

After the first requests for assistance, Tim stepped in to resolve the failure. In the afternoon, the company specified that the problems were resolved and that the poor service only affected some areas of Lombardy:

“Tim reports that overnight there was a localized malfunction in Lombardy in the power supply systems at a Milan telephone exchange that caused some equipment to shut down. Technicians, working immediately, immediately restored the power supply, redirecting the mobile network and business customer lines. The bad service was solved in a few hours and affected a total of 300,000 customers ”.

There were also other reports spread to the areas of Verona, Rome, Turin, Naples, Florence, Brescia, Bologna and Padua, according to the DownDetector website, but they would not be related to the TIM network problem.
