Substitutions: We take advantage of the publication of an information note by the Trapani School Office to specify the ways in which the secretariats should proceed to verify the GPS scores, which must be completed, the Office writes, as quickly as possible.
In particular, the School Office specifies that:
- It is necessary that the verification activities be carried out in all the rankings for each class of competence in which the designated teacher appears and not only in the appointed teacher;
- It is essential to inform the system of the validation or correction of the score according to the procedure provided in the SIDI Operating Manual, so that the Provincial Council can proceed to validate the application;
- enter the confirmed or corrected score in the “verification score” column and take the question to the “verified” status.
- It is advisable to carefully check the scores of the teachers who have inserted the check mark corresponding to the “service provided continuously from February 1 to the end of the final ballots” in the application. In fact, it emerged that, at the time of validation of the applications, this option was not highlighted in the system, so that during the first verification the score could have been incorrectly corrected taking into account only the days of service actually performed.
- We invite you to pay attention to the evaluation of contemporary non-specific services: OM 60/20, unlike the previous regulation, does not in fact foresee any prohibition on the accumulation of the aforementioned services, without prejudice to compliance with the global limit of 12 points (art. 15 paragraph 1).
The assessment and consequent determinations for the purposes of any criminal liability referred to in article 76 of the aforementioned Presidential Decree 445/2000 are in charge of the director of the school that carried out the verifications.
As a consequence of the determinations referred to in section 9, any service provided by the applicant based on false statements is, with a specific provision issued by the director, declared as effectively rendered and not by law, with the consequence that It is not mentioned in the service certificates requested by the interested party and no score is assigned, nor is it useful for the recognition of seniority in service and professional progression, without prejudice to sanctions of another nature.
