WEEKEND FORECAST FOR WEEKEND ITALY: The weather in Italy will be mostly stable until Friday due to the presence of the anticyclone; even if there will be cloud densities in the north and in the Tyrrhenian regions due to infiltrations of humid air that will cause local disturbances. However, on Friday they will begin to show the first signs of a change that awaits the Peninsula during the weekend when a modest disturbance is expected to affect part of our regions. Weather Friday December 18: in the cloudy north between Val Padana and Liguria with weak drizzles in the Spezzino, more sun in the Alps and Triveneto. In the center irregular clouds over Tuscany, Marche and Sardinia with some rain on the island and coasts of southern Tuscany; slightly or partly cloudy in other places. In the south mostly cloudy except for more cloudiness over the Ionian areas, some rain reaching Sicily.
Weather Saturday December 19: in the north some rain in Liguria, Emilia and western Lombardy in the afternoon, cloudy elsewhere and with brighter spells in the Alps. In the south, irregularly cloudy with a tendency to worsen between Sicily and Lower Calabria, dry weather elsewhere.
Weather Sunday, December 20. Rains in the northwest, south of Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria. Snow in the western Alps up to around 800-1000 m. Further deterioration in the ionic area with electrical storms.
