By three regions of Italy the situation in view of the Christmas remains critical and there is a real risk that the Government don’t loosen restrictions as planned in the rest of Italy.
As we have explained to you several times, the Conte government’s plan is clear: provide for others two weeks of restrictions to later grant greater freedom of movement to citizens. The objective is to reach December 3, when there will be the approval of a new DPCM, with all of Italy out of the red zone to allow store reopening, as well as Pub me restaurants, for the Christmas period.
But there could be impediments to the implementation of this plan: there are Regions, in fact, in which the situation is still critical enough to suggest a restriction extension beyond the date of December 3. And in that case, the Christmas celebrations could really be in jeopardy.
What are the regions where Christmas is at risk?
