COVID-19: one approved new ordinance in Lombardy that introduces more prohibitions me restrictions for commercial activities.

The Lombardy ordinance comes into force as of today, and will be until November 6th – and it will modify not only the opening hours of bars and restaurants, with a squeeze of nightlife, but also the organization of schools with a partial return of distance education.
Lombardy Ordinance: new restrictions for bars and restaurants
The ordinance limits bar and restaurant services. Apparently, in fact, the autonomous administration considered insufficient the restrictions introduced by the central government with the October Decree and therefore decided to use the hard hit in nightlife.
No lockdown or curfew (which, however, could be with the approval of the new Decree to be approved urgently in the next few hours) but the Governor still decided to make some changes to the provisions of the October Prime Minister’s Decree. In detail, in Lombardy, today, food and beverage supply activities, both in public and private areas, are allowed until 24:00, but after 18:00 these are allowed only at tables (except in shops located along highways and terminals). Comes The take away sale of any alcoholic beverage is prohibited. after 18:00; prohibition that applies to all public and commercial establishments, as well as to artisan activities.
In this sense, the vending machines for drinks and packaged food (only those that face the public highway) close at 18:00 – and until 6:00 in the morning.

Lombardy Ordinance: increased controls
With the introduction of the new restrictions, also come intensified controls. This was confirmed by the prefect of Milan, Renato Saccone, who explained that “controls will be even more incisive and massive with the new ordinance”.
However, this reiterated that it’s not about a curfew; the fact that limitations have been introduced for the services of bars and restaurants, in fact, does not automatically prohibit going out after a certain time, without prejudice to the prohibition of meeting on any occasion.
Lombardy Ordinance: restrictions also for sports
With the October Decree, the Government has blocked all contact sports at an amateur level, safeguarding amateur and professional activity.
Well, Lombardy with the new ordinance has decided to extend the provisions of the national provision also to amateur sports.
