A new future for Treviso station. After theagreement between Ca ‘Sugana and RFIIn fact, from 2021 the remodeling works of the station and the entire surrounding area will begin, with the hope of having everything ready by 2022. A project that includes an investment of about 10 million euros and that will bring the city as a dowry. a new road system and a new mobility that will point to “green” and sustainability.
These are the words of the mayor of Treviso, Mario Conte: «In this video you can see the remodeling of the entire station area. The Travelers Building will be remodeled and modernized and there will be new pedestrian spaces, floors, lighting and a useful station. In addition, mobility in the area will be redesigned with protected routes, bike lanes, parking for bicycles and cars for people with reduced mobility.. In short, a beautiful project for a new structure that I can’t wait to open! Precisely for this Tuesday morning we signed the memorandum of understanding that, already in 2021, will allow to open the construction of the new Treviso station. I thank RFI in the people of Sara Venturoni and the architect Antonello Martino, my team from Giunta y Majoranza and the municipal offices because agreements of this type are only reached thanks to the synergistic work, commitment and foresight of all ».
