Late yesterday afternoon, as part of the targeted services organized by the Questore of the province of L’Aquila and aimed at verifying and respecting the anti-contagion regulations of Covid-19, a team of the State Police of the commissioner of Avezzano public safety. that, within a public place in the city center, there were some customers with the intention of consuming beverages, in violation of the provisions in force on the matter.
Before the intervention of the police, the criminals declared that they had gathered in the city bar to celebrate the purchase of a car by one of them. Consequently, the owner and the visitors were sanctioned in accordance with article 4 of Legislative Decree 19/2020 which provides for an administrative sanction of 400 to 1000 euros.
The procedure to denounce the owner of the public establishment for the temporary closure of the premises is also under way.
