An 83 year old lady has always had a hard time swallowing. However, he did not seek medical treatment with strange symptoms. But the time came when the symptoms got worse and she lost nine pounds in one year.

Twisting the esophagus (better known as esophageal spasm) is an extremely rare process. The twist is due to the esophagus that narrows and deforms over time.
The woman had to inject botox into her esophagus to avoid excessive twisting. The woman’s condition improved after the injection, but she still has trouble swallowing.
