Viterbo – The virus slows down in Tuscia, Montefiascone and Carbognano again without Covid. There are still new cases, but they are less than a third of the previous day.
Yesterday’s ASL update on the coronavirus situation in Tuscia was significantly better than the previous one. After the 25 new positives on Monday and not cured, yesterday there were eight new cases and three negative ones.
The report of the swabs made is also good: on Monday 25 of 131 tests were positive, while yesterday of 427 only 8 were traces of Covid-19.
The eight newly infected (3 in Viterbo, 3 in Vetralla and 2 in Nepi) are convalescing at home despite the fact that three of them have had hyssop because they suffered from some symptoms. The other five, on the other hand, were tested only because they had had contact with other people who tested positive in recent days.
After a day of rest, the list of cured also grows again, now 521 in the entire province since the beginning of the emergency. With the three negative yesterday Montefiascone and Carbognano are again completely free of Covid, while the cured of Ronciglione reduces the total positives currently in the village to 16.
The number of hospitalized patients is stable: there are 8 in the Belcolle infectious diseases department and 3 in other non-local health facilities. The vast majority of those who are positive (156) remain convalescent at home.
In the Rieti area, on the other hand, only one new positive has been reported in the last 24 hours: a 65-year-old woman living in Rieti, while two people are cured, one from Rieti and the other from Poggio Nativo. A 91-year-old man died, a guest of the rsa de Torri in Sabina and who also suffered from other diseases.
In Asl Rome 4 There are 11 cases in the last 24 hours and they are contacts of already known and isolated cases. There is one in Cerveteri, Castelnuovo and Mazzano, two in Civitavecchia, three in Rignano Flaminio and Campagnano. 12 people healed.
