The five-year support restriction applies to all teachers who “move” from common ground to support. They have to wait five years to participate in mobility in a common seat

A reader writes us:

I need a clarification on mobility. I am a primary school teacher, 3 years ago I applied and got the transition to support. In the next mobility I can request a change of role in a common position or do I have to wait to complete the 5 years in support? Thanks for your attention

Teachers occupying a support position must respect the five-year stay restriction in this type of position.

Teachers on the five-year voucher will therefore be able to participate in the mobility in common only after having completed the five-year period of support.

Normative requirements

The regulatory reference is article 23 section 7 of the CCNI on mobility, where the following is established

Transfer to special type places, with differentiated teaching and support courses, entails the permanence of at least five years from the date of transfer in this type of places [….]”

What moves per teacher in restriction?

In the five-year support restriction, the teacher can participate in mobility only for this type of place and can therefore request the following movements:

  • Always transfer on the holder
  • Change of role always in support

Once the five-year period has expired, in the absence of other time limitations, you can also participate in the mobility by regular mail, requesting the following movements:

  • Transfer both in support and in common place
  • Chair transfer
  • Change of role

Conclusions

Our reader, holder of the support after a transfer of common position, has been the holder of this type of position for three years, so she is still in the five-year restriction and will have to wait another two years to request the movement that interests her in common.
