The percentage of new positives over the number of tampons manufactured is 9.9% today, compared to 17.6% yesterday.

Where are the new infections in Bologna coming from?
Of the 360 cases in the province of Bologna, 147 swabs for the presence of symptoms, 5 were identified thanks to contact tracing, 1 through tests for the highest risk categories, while for 207 new positives the epidemiological investigation is still in process.
Among the 360 new infections, 336 are sporadic and 24 insert into family outbreaks. Finally, 4 cases are from outside the region and 2 cases are imported from abroad.
The situation of infections in the provinces of Emilia-Romagna
The contagion situation in the provinces of Emilia-Romagna sees Modena with 517 new cases and Bologna with 360, followed by Reggio Emilia (241), Ravenna (230), Rimini (207), Piacenza (200), Imola (120) , Ferrara (117). Then Parma and Forlì (both with 81 cases) and Cesena (65).
22,381 swabs were made, for a total of 1,895,816. In addition to these, there are 3774 serological tests.
Active cases, that is, the number of actual patients, to date are 57,268 (1,839 more than yesterday). Of these, people in isolation at home, that is, those with mild symptoms that do not require hospital treatment or are asymptomatic, add up to a total of 54,570 (+1,781 compared to yesterday), 95.2% of all active cases.

Unfortunately, there are 48 new deaths: 20 in the province of Bologna (9 women of 69, 79, 81, 86, 87, 88, 91 and 2 of 85 years respectively; 7 men, 2 of which 74 years, one of 78 , one of 80, 2 of 84 and one of 85; other 4 women in the Imola area, respectively 41, 90 and 2 80 years); 8 in Reggio Emilia (3 women, one 64 years old and 2 86 years old, and 5 men 84, 85, 87, 92, 93 years old); 7 in the province of Modena (6 women of 70, 84, 91, 92 and two of 90 years respectively, and a man of 96 years), 7 in Ravenna (3 women of 77, 87 and 89 and 4 men of 73 years , 74, 82 and 92 years), 3 in Parma (all women, respectively 81, 83 and 91 years); one in Piacenza (an 88-year-old man), one in Ferrara (an 87-year-old man) and one in the province of Forlì-Cesena (a 79-year-old man from Cesenatico).
