Morning admissions in two time slots (8-10), in class also on Saturdays (if necessary and possible), plus public transport and anti-collection controls of the brigade and civil protection.

This is the plan to go back to school in Rome, already anticipated in part by the USR’s note for Lazio.

The return to classes as of January 7 is detailed in the operational document signed on December 24 by the prefect of Rome Matteo Piantedosi and the attached technical reports.

Entry shifts

The return of students is expected to be 50% until January 15, and then increases to the percentage of 75. There are two entry time slots: one at 8 (40% students) and another at 10 (for 60% ). The face-to-face teaching activity will be planned in five days, but when it reaches 75% face-to-face, you can also go to school on Saturdays, only if necessary, and everyone can enter at 8.

More media

Cotral plans to update services during peak hours with approximately 220 additional service buses, and reschedule service based on the new schedules. Atac, for its part, plans to “underload some batches of low-traffic lines from external operators”, recovering approximately 122 cars. The accesses to the subway, in the given conditions, must be contingent “with forces additional to those deployed by Atac.” There will also be 70 cars (per Astral) for the ‘ring lines’.

10 million have come from the Region for extra-urban service, while from the State so far just under 10.5 million. Other resources are expected from the budget law, which is in the approval process. Overall, 34% of state resources will go to Atac, 38% to Cotral and 28% to Astral as agreed by the Capitol and the Region. The requirement for the period January-June 2021 is approximately 40 million.

Crowd controls

And then the checks on the plan: “Local authorities will want to ensure the prevention of the formation of meetings in school complexes and other gathering places close to them, and public transport stops using local police and municipal protection groups civil “.

50% back to classes until January 16. Here is the map of Lazio: entries also in 10. Note
