Contrary to what had emerged in the afternoon about a possible postponement to tomorrow, the decision of the Tar Abruzzo president came in the evening, Umberto Realfonzo, that accepted the request for suspension advanced by the government by order issued by the President of the Region, Marco Marsilio, that anticipated, last Monday, without the assessments of the national control room, Abruzzo’s exit from the red zone.
In the afternoon, the hearing was held electronically in the presence of the parties: Region on the one hand, Prime Minister and Ministry of Health on the other, represented by their respective lawyers.
