The outbreak of coronavirus in the Municipality rises to 30 positive cases in El Murcielago

Based on information from the director of the Department of Health Promotion, Vito Montanaro, the president of the Puglia Region, Michele Emiliano, reports that today, Wednesday, September 30, 2020 in Puglia, 4,577 tests have been registered for infection by coronavirus Covid-19 and have been register 99 positive cases: 32 in the province of Bari, 30 in the province of Barletta Andria Trani, 33 in the province of Foggia, 2 in the province of Lecce, 2 in the province of Taranto, 1 case resident outside the region.

3 deaths were recorded: 1 in the province of Barletta Andria Trani and 2 in the province of Foggia.

409,364 tests have been carried out since the start of the emergency.

4,675 patients are cured while 2,516 cases are currently positive.

The total number of positive Covid cases in Puglia is 7,786, divided as follows:
3034 in the province of Bari;
694 in the province of Bat;
773 in the province of Brindisi;
1887 in the province of Foggia;
797 in the province of Lecce;
540 in the province of Taranto;
60 attributed to residents outside the region;
1 province of unknown residence (1 case removed from the database).
The APL prevention departments have activated all the procedures for the acquisition of anamnestic and epidemiological information, aimed at locating close contacts.
