Another four deaths in the province of Brindisi. This is one of the most ruthless data to emerge from the epidemiological bulletin issued today (Sunday, January 3) from the Puglia region. The new cases are distributed as follows: 427 in the province of Bari, 39 in the province of Brindisi, 65 in the province of Bat, 252 in the province of Foggia, 87 in the province of Lecce, 78 in the province of Taranto, 2 residents outside the region. 25 deaths were recorded: 8 in the province of Bari, 3 in the province of Bat, 4 in the province of Brindisi, 6 in the province of Foggia, 3 in the province of Lecce, 1 in the province of Taranto.

Since the beginning of the emergency, 1,060,971 tests have been performed: 37,059 patients have been cured; 54,078 are currently positive cases. The total of positive cases of Covid in Apulia is 93,653 divided as follows: 36,232 in the province of Bari; 10,672 in the province of Bat; 6,739 in the province of Brindisi; 20,732 in the province of Foggia; 7,267 in the province of Lecce; 11,386 in the province of Taranto; 526 attributed to residents outside the region; 99 province of unknown residence.

Update hospitalized in Brindisi and its province

8 internal medicine and 9 pulmonology patients are hospitalized in the Ostuni hospital. Al Perrino, on the other hand, there are 18 patients in infectious diseases, 18 in pulmonology, 4 in resuscitation. Four deaths between yesterday and today: two men aged 72 and 78 years died in intensive care and two women aged 60 and 88 years in Pneumology in Ostuni.
