There are 2,153 (125 less than yesterday) confirmed cases in Lombardy on Wednesday, December 23, compared to 32,926 swabs processed: the ratio between tests and positives is 6.54%. Between Brescia and the province there are 282 new infections: there were 156 on Tuesday, 157 on Monday, 242 on Sunday, 248 on Saturday.

After Tuesday’s increase, the number of people hospitalized in intensive care (-4) and ordinary wards (-47) fell again. In hospitals in the region there are a total of 4,779 people affected by SarsCov2 (51 fewer than on Tuesday). Another 98 crosses are in mourning across the region, bringing the total to 24,610 coronavirus deaths since the start of the epidemic.
