On Tuesday, December 15, another 2,404 cases were detected in Lombardy (1,459 more than yesterday), compared to 27,676 swabs. The relationship between the tests carried out and the new positives is 8.69%. In Brescia there were 89 infections, 141 on Monday, 325 on Sunday, 493 on Saturday.
The pressure on hospitals continues to decrease: in the last 24 hours, admissions in Covid wards have been reduced by 57 units, while 29 beds have been freed in intensive care. In the hospitals of the Region there are a total of 5,652 people with coronavirus (86 less than on Monday), of which 656 with severe respiratory failure. In a single day, another 114 deaths occurred; the (official) total came to 23,991.
