the new rules against Covid- Corriere.it

From Sunday November 15 Campania and Tuscany they become part of the red zone regions: the highest risk level among those indicated by the government in its last Dpcm.

Along with Campania and Tuscany, Lombardy, Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta, Calabria and the autonomous province of Alto Adige already fall into that band.

The decision, taken on the basis of 21 indicators, comes after days in which the number of infections in Campania, but especially the level of occupation of hospital beds, has continued to increase, reaching levels of absolute concern. Governor Vincenzo De Luca said today that he wanted to close the region in October. In recent days, some episodes, such as the death of a patient who later tested positive for coronavirus in the bathroom of the Cardarelli hospital in Naples, have raised the level of care for this Region. The government was alarmed by the poor quality of the data transmitted by the Region to the Ministry of Health. We have collapsed hospitals and it goes without saying that the problem is only Naples or Caserta. If the hospital system does not work in those provinces, Campania is in collapse, said the Foreign Minister and former political leader of the 5-Star Movement, Luigi Di Maio.

The situation in Tuscany was also getting worse.

Today also Marche, Emilia-Romagna and Friuli Venezia Giulia have changed areas, which have entered the orange zone. The current map therefore this.
