“There is a high probability that some regions will exceed the thresholds of intensive care in the coming weeks, it is necessary to intervene now pending the vaccine or a remedial therapy,” says the premier. The contagion plan launched by the Government is based on 21 parameters and provides differentiated measures.
Dpcm November 3 – division into zones
All Italy, as already mentioned, will be divided into three bands: yellow, orange, red.
They fall within the yellow zone: Abruzzo, Basilicata, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia-Giulia, Marche, Molise, Sardinia, Tuscany, Umbria, provinces of Trento and Bolzano. Here the curfew will be in effect from 10 pm to 5 am, museums and exhibitions will be closed, and distance education for secondary schools will take place. For means of transport it is allowed to fill up to 50%. Bars and restaurants will stay open until 6pm, with take-out allowed until 10pm and unlimited delivery.
The orange zone includes Puglia and Sicily, with a medium-high level of criticality. Here it will also be forbidden to move from one municipality to another, except for proven needs for work, health, study and others. However, it is recommended to avoid moving within your own municipality. The bars and restaurants are closed 7 days a week and take away food is allowed until 10pm.
The red area includes Calabria, Lombardy, Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta. Here a real closure will come into force, with a ban on leaving the house except for reasons of demonstrated need. Stores will also be closed, with the exception of supermarkets, pharmacies, drug stores and grocery stores.
