The government has not yet decided to what extent to repeal the provisions of the last dpcm regarding the transfers between municipalities at Christmas, San Esteban and January 1. There should be some loosening, but still very restrictive. Fear, in fact, is an immediate resurgence of the pandemic of coronavirus. And so, in this context, the rumors leaked out. Based on what has been learned, the last option on the table should include the possibility of moving between municipalities but only less than 5,000 inhabitants and with a 20 kilometer limit. In short, if the two municipalities are more than 20 km apart, travel would continue to be prohibited. An election that would not solve some of the thorniest and most incomprehensible cases, such as the impossibility of moving from a big city to a neighboring municipality of the metropolitan area: the big cities, in fact, are well above the 5,000 inhabitants threshold. The solution could be presented to the Senate with a majority motion that, however, would hardly be welcomed by the opposition.
