Coronavirus cases in Italy continue to rise. There are 40,902 new infections registered in the last 24 hours in Italy, (yesterday there were 37,978), for a total of 1,107,303 cases since the start of the health emergency. These are the latest updated data on the Covid emergency in Italy published in today’s bulletin, Friday, November 13, by the Ministry of Health. 399,238 (+11,480, yesterday +15,645) have healed since the start of the pandemic, while the deaths from Covid are 44,139 (there is an increase of 550 deaths in the last 24 hours, yesterday they were 636). Of the currently positive cases, 30,914 patients are hospitalized with symptoms, 3,230 in intensive care. Overall, the swabs performed in the last 24 hours were 254,908. The Region with the most positive daily cases is Lombardy, followed by Piedmont and Campania.
