Crash in a supermarket parking lot in Anzio, a coastal town near Rome, where a customer was brutally assaulted by a beggar and left in a pool of blood after being hit with a piece of glass. A violent fight that cost the arrest, for attempted murder, of a 25-year-old. The dispute originated from the fact that the victim did not want to leave the shopping cart to her young aggressor, and therefore some quick change.
This is the reconstruction that, on the afternoon of Monday, November 30, the agents of the State Police of the Anzio Police Station, found themselves in front of the parking lot of a well-known discount store in the area.
A few meters from the wounded man, bleeding, the policemen also found another man who was trying to escape quickly. The agents immediately, along with the 118 health workers, helped the wounded man and immediately after, they caught up with the fleeing stranger. It was about a 25-year-old Nigerian, who was still holding the broken glass bottle stained with blood with which he had attacked and injured the victim.
Secured in the service car, he was escorted to the police station where he was arrested for attempted murder.
The wounded man, who was rescued from the hospital and underwent surgery for injuries to his neck, face and chest, will have him for 15 days. Therefore, it is not life threatening. Subsequent investigations made it possible to determine that the reason for the controversy was related to the arrangement of the shopping carts.
