At the end of its five-year period, the Higher Council of Education (CSPI) sent a letter to the Minister of Education, Lucía Azzolina, in which, while highlighting the critical issues that have characterized this particular situation, it expresses the desire for a positive recovery. of face-to-face lessons.
Letter to the minister
The CSPI, in the letter, requests the Minister to activate the following sanitary and organizational measures by the competent subjects:
- strengthening the system of health controls, safety devices, infection tracking through the use of quick tampons and a preferential lane for all school components;
- priority also for school personnel in the vaccination campaign;
- strengthening of services and transportation, coordinated at the local level with the school’s operating hours, in compliance with the decisions of the school autonomies;
- administrative interventions capable of guaranteeing the application of the legal aspects and the planning in time of fundamental aspects of the school year (compulsory “hours” and requirements for the validity of the school year, state tests, methods and resources for “Recovery” … ).
