There are 2,628 Covid cases detected in Lombardy on Christmas Day, Friday December 25 (there were 2,656 on Thursday, 2,153 on Wednesday), compared to 27,942 swabs made; the ratio of tests to new positives was 9.4%, up from 8.2% on Thursday. Between Brescia and the province there are 366 new positive cases: Thursday 310, Wednesday 282, Tuesday 156, Monday 157, Sunday 242, last Saturday 248.
Regionally, ICU admissions increased by one unit (a total of 522 people in intensive care), but less severe patients decreased by 202. Deaths in the last 24 hours were 105 (on Thursday, 67), raising the total to 24,782.
