The magistrate on duty of the Public Ministry of the Court of Foggia, immediately informed of what happened and of the evidence acquired, ordered the immediate arrest of the person responsible, who, at the end of the drafting of the documents, was transferred to prison. The same prosecutor, therefore, when requesting the Foggia court, in the very direct procedure, the validation of the arrest, also requested and obtained the issuance of an order of preventive detention in prison against the Malian, highlighting the danger, demonstrated by the disproportionate violence, severely characterized by useless reasons.

The restrictive measure, so strongly desired by the prosecutor and notified yesterday in the Foggia prison, will therefore guarantee that non-EU citizens, without a fixed address, without a residence permit and already known to the police, cannot escape their responsibilities , both in front of his victim and in front of the entire community.

The woman, on the other hand, who had also had a momentary loss of consciousness in the phases of the attack, was then found with a head trauma, a ruptured nasal septum and several lacerated wounds in the frontal region, as well as multiple contusions . . However, it was considered curable in 30 days, but was held in the hospital for observation and further investigation.
