The girl attends a private school in the historic center. On Wednesday instead of going to class, she turned off the phone and disappeared.
REGGIO EMILIA. The 16-year-old student from Sassuolo who attends a private school in Reggio Emilia was at a friend’s house in Pavia and she had lost track since Wednesday. Leaving home to go to school, she never came to class, and after contacting her family, she disconnected the phone and was never found.
The family, very concerned about this sudden disappearance, went to the police and raised the alarm through social networks, spreading the photograph of the girl and asking for help from anyone who might have seen her. The girl, who allegedly left voluntarily, is well and was found by agents of the Pavia State Police.
From the investigations carried out by the investigators, it appears that on Wednesday the 16-year-old girl had arrived in Reggio – without ever having gone to the private school she attends, in the historic center – and then returned to Sassuolo, but without returning home.
According to what was stated by the relatives, there were no particular reasons to justify the voluntary transfer of the girl.
The photo of the missing girl (which today, having happily concluded the searches, we will not propose again as mionorenne) was published in thousands of Facebook forums, with the hope that someone would identify her and could contribute elements to identify her and bring her back to home.
Telephone calls to friends and people who know her did not provide useful information about the investigation, but in the end the police, the Sassuolo carabinieri and the local police managed to locate the girl.
