The Ministry of Education transmits decree number 113 of September 1, signed by the Minister of Education Lucia Azzolina, the Minister of Economy Roberto Gualtieri and the Minister of Public Administration Fabiana Dadone, on the organic endowments of the teaching and educational staff 2020/21 .
In particular, the following is reported:
- The table shows the stock of staff for the common, national and regional positions, of teaching staff, referred to in article 1, paragraph 64, of Law 107 of July 13, 2015, for the 2020/2021 school year TO.
- The organic endowment of support places for the 2020/21 school year (table B)
- The quota of posts for the adjustment of three-year staff to real situations (Table C)
- The quota of common category posts (Table D)
The school staff is divided into legal and de facto staff. The right staff is a foresight staff, determined taking into account the authorized classes based on the number of students enrolled.
The de facto staff is the derivative of the changes that the staff by law can undergo outside of the student enrollment period.
The Miur, in agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Finance and with the opinion of the Unified Conference, determines the coherence of the teaching and educational staff for each regional office of the school.
