Stabbed by a 16-year-old while running through Marignana. 26-year-old Marta struggles to live

MOGLIANO VENETO – A 16-year-old boy tries to rob a 26-year-old girl, Marta Novella, who is jogging Along a country road, she reacts and the attacker hits her with about ten stabs. This is the reconstruction that the researchers themselves made of what happened on the afternoon of March 22, a Morocco of Mogliano, in the Treviso area. The setting for the event is a quiet country road, through Marignana, dominated by a couple of restaurants and some Venetian villas inhabited by families from Treviso-bene. The victim was running along the edge of the tree-lined road when, according to witnesses, the boy approached him on a bicycle.

Between two, both Italians residing in Mogliano, a fight was born during which the young woman was hit with a dozen blows. After the attack, the victim ended up in the ditch that lined the street. The minor also lost his balance and fell into the water. Some workers who spent a few minutes after the attack with their car noticed that the bicycle overturned and stopped. Unaware of what had actually happened, they thought of an accident. First they helped the attacker out of the water, then they did the same to the woman. Only after spreading her on the asphalt did they realize that she was unconscious and covered in blood.

While a helicopter transported her in serious condition to Treviso hospital, the carabinieri blocked the boy and recovered the weapon used for the stabbing. The gesture, according to reports from the military, was made in order to punctuate a robbery.
