Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi has significant real estate assets and also a stake in the family business that invested in the brick. In fact, according to an updated cadastral survey, Inzaghi owns half of three villas in Rottofreno (Piacenza) that are distributed in 30 rooms and a garage of almost 100 square meters. Inzaghi and his brother Filippo began their career as footballers in the “Buca”, a small concrete field, slightly sunk below street level, in San Nicolò, part of the municipality of Rottofreno, ten minutes by car from the center of Piacenza.
The coach of the biancazzurri also invested then in the brick of the capital because in Rome he boasts the bare ownership of an 8-room “manor house” and attached garage and all the usufruct of another similar house, always with a garage. Inzaghi, then, has 48% of Fil-Sim Sport, of which Filippo is also a partner with a fair share, while the remaining 4% is divided between his mother Marina and his father Giancarlo. The company, also based in the municipality of Piacenza, has properties in its portfolio for 3.2 million.
