The Sicily becomes yellow zone. The Ministry of Health ordered yesterday November 27 updates on the color bands.
Among the changes that involved the Regions was also the decision on Sicily, which goes from orange to yellow and therefore can soften the restrictive measures. The news is effective as of November 29.
Not in the whole territory, however, at least up to the indications updated by President Nello Musemeci. In fact, until December 3 they are active two ordinances with what measures of red zone are imposed for some municipalities of the island.

Sicily yellow zone, rules: what to do
The Governor of the Region, Nello Musumeci, signs one new ordinance which will remain in force until December 3 inclusive, thereby announcing the new measures to be adopted with the proclamation of the yellow zone, hereinafter the regulations in force according to the provisions of the Government.
In the yellow areas i restaurants, bars, pastry shops and ice cream parlors are open from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (it can be consumed indoors), with the possibility of sale to take away until 10:00 p.m. and home delivery without limitation of hours.
Meetings and consumption near the premises are not possible.
The only catering businesses that can serve food and drinks without a time limit are those in the service and refueling areas throughout the roads, in hospitals and airports. The restaurants of Hotels they are open only to customers who stay there, even without time limits.
Weekends and holidays are closed i shops within shopping centers and markets (except pharmacies, parapharmacies, food, health centers, tobacconists and kiosks).
All other stores (not in the catering category) are open without time restrictions, but in accordance with security protocols.
Occasional markets, such as Christmas markets, are prohibited. Museums are also closed.

Although the Sicily region is a yellow zone, governors can establish local red zones. This is what President Musumeci did with Ordinance No. 61 of November 19, which qualifies red zone 10 municipalities:
