Two regions are preparing to change color and move from the orange zone, the medium-risk Covid-19 zone, to the lower, yellow zone. The Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, will in fact sign a new ordinance that fixes the yellow zone for the Regions of Liguria and Sicily. The ordinance will be in effect as of November 29.

Liguria and Sicily go into the yellow zone. But what changes for the two Regions? Both can move to the area with less restrictive measures. This means that bars, restaurants and patisseries reopen to the public, which until now have remained closed and only available to take away or at home. They will be able to receive the public but until 6 in the afternoon, while they can be carried until 10 at night. Home delivery is allowed without a time limit, but in any case it must be done in compliance with the regulations on packaging and delivery of products.

Citizens will be able to travel without the need for self-certification. Therefore, they can move from municipality to municipality, without demonstrating motivation.

The following rules are maintained: night curfew, from 10pm to 5am, public transport with a capacity reduced by half, museums, cinemas and theaters, and shopping centers closed on holidays and the eve of holidays (including weekends) . Teaching continues at a distance from the first year of secondary school. Gym and swimming pool activities remain suspended. Sports centers open.
