Self-declaration

What does self-certification require?
Self-certification is essential to be admitted to class.
To allow entry to the school, each parent agrees to check daily, first
access to school that:
- you have not had a fever over 37.5 ° in the last 3 days;
- not having had contact in the last 14 days with subjects who tested positive for COVID-19;
- not having had contact in the last 14 days with subjects from risk areas according to WHO guidelines.
The prescriptions
In addition, the parents undertake to ensure that their child respects all the prescriptions established by the Director and the competent authorities, in particular:
- keep a safe distance (one meter);
- observe the rules of general hygiene and, in particular, hand hygiene;
- wearing the mask on the premises of the institution in accordance with the instructions given by the Minister of Health and communicated by the manager;
- Inform the teacher promptly of the presence of any flu symptoms during their stay at the institute, taking care to keep an adequate distance from the people present.
Absences
Finally, the parents, with self-certification, agree to promptly communicate to the school:
- absences for health reasons to detect any group of absences in the same class;
- the case where the child or a household member turns out to be close contacts of a confirmed case of COVID-19.
Daily Self-Certification Supplement
In addition to the self-declaration, parents are asked, under their personal responsibility, to carefully monitor the health conditions of their children, the family members who live together and the adults who eventually accompany the students to school and to measure the temperature of your children every morning. before taking them to school.
In case of symptoms such as:
- body temperature greater than 37.5 ° C;
- breathing difficulties;
- loss of taste and / or smell;
- sore throat;
- cough, nasal congestion, conjunctivitis, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.
- Parents will not accompany students to school, notify the school of their absence for health reasons, and immediately contact their physician and / or pediatrician for appropriate evaluations.
Similarly, students who:
- in the previous 3 days they had a temperature higher than 37.5 ° C or difficulty breathing;
- have been placed in quarantine or home isolation in the last 14 days;
- have been, to the best of their knowledge and belief, in contact with positive people in the last 14 days.
Additional preventive measure
As an additional preventive measure, at the entrance of the school the body temperature will be additionally controlled by the school staff using a non-contact thermometer, access will not be allowed to staff, students and external subjects with temperatures above 37.5 ° C.
In the event that these symptoms occur at school, the student will be immediately isolated in a special area and will be returned to the family, who will contact their doctor / pediatrician.
If the doctor decides to give the student a diagnostic test for COVID-19 and this results in:
- negative, the student can be readmitted to school upon presentation of a medical statement;
- positive, for re-entry to school it will be necessary to wait for clinical recovery and return will be subject to the presentation of the doctor’s statement.
In the case of another pathology, the student will be readmitted with a specific self-certification.
